Return Policy



Only IN-STORE CREDIT will be issued to return or exchange an item.* 

We do not do refunds.

*If an item is returned/exchanged for store credit, restocking fees may apply.


If your item is damaged or is missing parts upon arrival, you must take the following steps within 48 hours.

  1. Notify us via email:


  2. Take a picture of the damaged item and attach it to your message.

  3. We will contact the company and they will either ship us a new part or a new item. In this case, when we receive the new item, you will bring the damaged item to the showroom for an exchange.

  4. In the case that the item is no longer in stock, there will be the option for an exchange or store credit.

This is ONLY on orders that were damaged before arrival. This will be handled on a case by case basis and at our discretion.

*Responses to emails may take 24-48 hours.


Exception: All in stock rugs have a 24-hour return policy for a full refund if the items are returned in the same condition they were sold in.

  • All special order rugs are non-refundable.
