Is everything on the website in the showroom to see in person?

No. Everything on our website are items we've had in before or currently have now, but due to our limited space we can't show everything at the same time. We don't put anything "random" on our website that we don't intend to have on display.

What is "curbside delivery" and what are the delivery charges?

We offer curbside/garage delivery for $49 (and higher, based on where you live) and the delivery is into your garage or curbside if garage is not accessible. We don't take things into the home, or up any stairs (upstairs apartment buildings for example, would be curbside). Please call us for more information!

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns, but can do in store credit for some items. Please call us for more details on a specific item, regarding returns.

Exception: All in stock rugs have a 3 day return policy for a full refund if items are returned in the same condition it was sold. Any special order rugs are non refundable.
